Cook the mountain – Mountain Gastronomy

The Cook the Mountain project is:

  • a research idea about the MOUNTAIN GATSRONOMY
  • a network which aims to connect Chefs, farmers, alpinists, naturalists, sociologists and entrepreneurs from the MOUNTAIN REGIONS of the WORLD
  • a series of events for bringing together the public and the MOUNTAIN COOKING and CULTURE

Cook the Mountain will debut at EXPO 2015 and it will be centred on the theme MOUNTAINS: A META-TERRITORY
